What does your 100% money-back guarantee mean?
It means that if you’re dissatisfied with your Traü for ANY reason, we’ll refund your money and ask you to return the Traü to us.  No questions asked.

How do returns work?
If you want to return your Traü, email us at info@gettrau.com, let us know your order # and shipping address and we’ll send you a paid return postage label.  Affix the label to original Traü package and drop the package at the nearest post office OR with your postal carrier directly.

What size should I order?
Traü will generally stretch to fit so luckily there’s a bit of give.  Generally, a Medium will fit someone who is 6 feet, 190 lbs comfortably.  They run a touch big so if you are in between sizes, order the smaller size. Size chart can be found here.

Do you REALLY make Traü in the Bay Area?
Yes, as a matter of fact we do!  We produce Traü at our factory in Oakland, CA.  It’s incredibly important to us and we’re proud to be made right here in the USA.

Why Bamboo?
We believe bamboo to be the best fit for Traü. Bamboo is typically easier to grow than cotton, is more environmentally friendly from a water-use and processing perspective and is naturally antimicrobial and water wicking so it’s an ideal fabric for your active lifestyle and workouts.

Are all Bamboos created equal?
Actually no.  Many bamboo fabrics are produced with heavy chemical treatments and do not work to capture and recycle those chemicals. We work with a factory that maintains a closed loop system to the best of their ability to reduce the use of chemicals and recycle and contain those that are used.

What does “antimicrobial” mean?
It means that our bamboo fabric inhibits or destroys the growth of microorganisms and especially those that can cause infection or disease (I know, gross, right?).  The bamboo in Traü will actually act to reverse and fight the growth of those organisms in your garment helping to eliminate rashes, chafing and odor.

How should I care for my Traü?
Pet them everyday and tell them you love them!

Just kidding, well kinda, that might help though...so for real, you should machine wash them cold and dry them on a low cycle.  Drying on high heat can damage the elastic waistband and wear out the bamboo more quickly.  We also recommend turning them inside out when drying to reduce piling.

Can I order different sizes in a 3-pack or 5-pack?
Right now, unfortunately no.  Our systems do not allow for that.  If you’d really like 3 or 5 different sizes and want to pay the bulk price, please email us at info@gettrau.com and we’ll hook you up!

Did you really go to Harvard?
Yes, I did, and now I’m selling underwear.  Don’t tell my Dad, he’s kinda upset about it after paying tuition for 4 years. It’ll be between you and me!
