This Simple Exercise Could Change Your Body
Last week I read an article and it motivated me. And I got so curious that I decided to make it my own personal challenge for the month.
It's straightforward, achievable and challenging. The exercise is a simple plank pose and the goal is to work your way toward holding it for 5 minutes.
So that's Traü challenge for the month...do it!
I'm committed to getting in plank every day and seeing if I can work my way up to 5 minutes.
