A Simple 5-minute-a-day Exercise for Great Results
Seems like there are so many exercise routines out there. And sometimes we just need something simple that we can do every day. The 10 to 1 exercise is fantastic and an easy 5-minute routine that will get you results immediately.
Start with 10 jumping jacks, 10 mountain climbers, 10 pushups and 10 body-weight squats. Then move to 9 of each, 8 of each, 7 of each and so on all the way down to one of each.
Going from 10 reps to 1 for each exercise take about 5 minutes and is a fantastic exercise in itself OR can be done as a warmup for you Daily Driver types!
